My Favorite Way to Keep Fit

 

With the rapid development of the modern world, people are working and studying at an ever- increasing pace. Great wealth is accumulated at great healthy sacrifice. Thus the problem of health has emerged as a big concern in the whole society.

Talking about ways to keep fit, such things call to my mind as regular exercises, a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. For me, I usually take the form of balancing diet. Every day, I restrict myself to a certain intake of nutrients. In the morning, I have some fruits and yoghurts before breakfast. When coming to my office, I take an egg-made pancake and a sausage to gain energy for work. At lunchtime, meat is an essential part of my choice, for a handful of meat could help maintain the body function integral for the latter half of the work-day. Then in the afternoon, raw vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers can be a perfect way for rejuvenation. After work, I usually take some porridge or noodle for dinner, for they are good for easy absorption by the body. Through regular diet, our bodies could function in a steady way and thus maintain health all year long.
